Redlough Landscapes Ltd are Seeking a Landscape Supervisor to Join their Team

With over 30 years experience in the landscape sector, we provide a full range of Landscaping and garden services to our Commercial clients. Established in 1985 we have built up a strong client base and a reputation for high-quality work, delivering results to the customer’s satisfaction. We specialize in providing hard & soft landscaping such as paving, patios, resin bound gravel, planting and commercial landscape maintenance.
Redlough employs in excess of 60 full-time employees and with a full management team in place we adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace while ensuring that best practice is implemented across all sectors of the business.
All management and supervisors are horticulturally qualified & trained. Redlough believes in continuous personal development for all staff members.
As a company, we are committed to continuous improvement and through Bord Bia’s Landscape Quality programme we ensure that staff, training, work practices and business procedures are regularly reviewed and improved.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a team on high-profile contracts. He/She will be responsible for a number landscape operatives and will be expected to liaise closely with contracts manager and our clients on a daily basis. This position will require he/she to motivate their team and work to scheduled deadlines.
- Permanent Role
- Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.
- Working from our Head Office in Hollystown, D15
Requirements:
- Formal Horticulture training essential
- Full clean drivers licence, including trailer.
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills
