Silverstream Landscapes require a Garden Designer
We are an award-winning landscape design & construction firm with 35 years of experience. Over the last 10 years, we have won several national awards & work alongside some of Ireland’s best architects & garden designers.
Our primary sector is private residential gardens but corporate entrances are a growing area of work along with our annual involvement in Bloom in the Park, where, in 2019 we built 5 show gardens, 4 won gold. We currently have a vacancy in our company.
We work with a multi-skilled team and are flexible. While our office is Monaghan based our projects are throughout the North & Northeast, greater Dublin area & Midlands.
We require a Garden Designer to join our team to produce garden renders & illustrations along with construction drawings.
Required skills
- 3rd level qualification in Landscape Garden Design
- 1 year plus professional experience working as a landscape architect from concept development through to detailed design, tendering and supervision of on-site construction, with good all-round skill set, combined with design flair and technical competence
- Autocad, SketchUp, 3D rendering
- Excellent drawing, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand & produce construction drawings
- Create Bill of Qty & Budget planning
- Strong Plant knowledge
- Creative & self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Safe pass & manual handling
