The clerical assistant will work with the administration team undertaking a wide variety of tasks.

This position is part-time, Monday to Friday 9am-1pm

Key duties 

  • Dealing with daily post
  • Maintaining Director diaries
  • Data entry and general assistance on purchase and sales ledgers
  • Invoice processing
  • Other clerical duties as required

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Must have previous administrative experience.
  • Accounts experience

The ideal candidate 

The ideal candidate must have administrative experience in a similarly busy commercial office. They will have excellent computer and communication skills and should be enthusiastic, motivated, be able to work as part of an established team.
